Title:  “New Year New You”

Presented by:  Lesa Moore

Description: This session will entail embracing 2017 as the year to put YOU first with regards to your health and wellness.  We will discuss realistic health goals and how to attain them.  The attendees will be educated on our all natural supplements, sample skin care line WOW (Wipe Out Wrinkles) and discuss essential oils. There will be a major prize giveaway!!!

 

11:15-12:00

Title: “Getting Down to the Core”

Presented by: Ashley Carter

Description: Whether you are trying to get sculpted abs, get a stronger back, improve posture or just get in better shape, Ashley can show you the right core strengthening exercise for you! In this core workshop, you'll get tips, techniques and ideas that will help you with all of the above, plus how to stay active even if you sit at a desk all day. Ashley will also discuss tips on making healthier food choices to support you in maintaining your target weight.

Title: “Know Your Kidneys”

Presented by: Patricia Bonsu, MPH & Juanita Rodgers

Description: The American Kidney Fund is the nation’s leading nonprofit working on behalf of the 31 million Americans with kidney disease. Our vision is a world without kidney disease. Until that day comes, we believe every kidney patient should have access to health care, and every person at risk for kidney disease should be empowered to prevent it. Your kidneys are vital organs. In most cases, kidney disease is preventable. The most common causes of kidney disease are diabetes and high blood pressure. Working with your doctor to prevent these problems, or manage them if you have them, can help prevent kidney disease.

Title:  "Work Out With Mr. Fitness"

Presented by:  Kent Brown

Description: Experience a creative cardio workout in a hi impact aerobics class. This will be an energetic, upbeat aerobics class that is sure to get your body moving. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts, this class combines cardiovascular training and toning exercises, for a superior total body workout.

 

2:00-2:30

Title: “Learn Alternative Methods to Manage Your Stress”

Presented by: Dr. Aldwin Martin of Palmercare Chiropractic

Description: Is the stress of everyday life getting to be too much? Want to learn more about what you can do to help alleviate the stress you have and prevent further stress? Join Dr. Aldwin of Palmercare Chiropractic to hear about stress, what causes it, and how we can find drug-free ways to help treat it. 

 

 

2:45-3:30

Title: “Belly, Butt, and Thighs”

Presented by:  Jessica Laine

Description: This class is designed to sculpt the lower body and abs.  While using nothing but body weight, this class will tone areas that are hard to reach giving you the ultimate calorie burn.  

A strong body begins with a healthy core, this sculpting class tightens the muscle taking the body to its maximum toning ability. Glute, core, and leg exercises will burn fat and build muscle using a fun and innovative workout concept. This class is designed for everyone.  Women of all ages, shapes, and sizes, are welcome.  

 

3:45-4:15

Title: "nSpire Network's Now We No 'Cherish' Campaign"

Presented by: Sherry R. Hall, M.S.

Description: The presentation will include a Cherish initiative video describing the harmful effects that today's sanitary napkins and tampons have on women's bodies globally. Also in the video is a description of nSpire network's new premium sanitary pad "Cherish!"  Following the video will be a live demonstration showing the difference between today's sanitary napkin and the Cherish sanitary napkin.
